You'll own a portfolio of strategic client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across client organizations. Your responsibilities include aligning SeatGeek's technology with client business goals, identifying opportunities for product adoption and commercial improvement, and delivering data-driven insights through business reviews. You'll analyze product usage, sales, and financial data using tools like Looker and Google Suite to guide strategic decisions and support renewals.
