PayNearMe is seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee strategic, high-value customer accounts and drive revenue growth through consultative engagement. The role combines account management with sales expansion, requiring you to manage complex B2B relationships in the payments space while delivering measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities include identifying and executing account expansion opportunities to grow revenue; maintaining deep technical knowledge of PayNearMe's platform, APIs, and integration architecture to guide clients through enhancements; delivering compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs; and proposing transformative payment solutions that address unique customer challenges. You will act as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders, managing high-impact cross-functional projects that align with broader business objectives.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex, high-value customer relationships in B2B environments. You should have strong technical acumen—specifically understanding payments platforms, batch processing, API integration, and data exchange—combined with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly to both technical and business audiences. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, or related field are required.
