Midi Health is a rapidly growing virtual care clinic specializing in perimenopause, menopause, and midlife health for women. The company onboards approximately 1,000 new patients daily and conducts 30,000 virtual visits per week, partnering with leading health plans, employers, and health systems.
As a Client Success Manager, you will own employer partner relationships end-to-end, reporting to the Head of Client Success. Your primary responsibilities include:
**Implementation & Launch:** Lead seamless implementations by owning planning, timelines, and risk management. Coordinate cross-functionally across operations, clinical, billing, marketing, and analytics to execute go-live milestones including landing pages, referral setups, and network configurations. Establish launch strategies, content hubs, and engagement campaigns in partnership with external HR and benefits teams.
**Account Management:** Serve as the strategic account owner for a portfolio of employer partners, consultants, and carriers. Lead regular business reviews, manage recurring operational workflows, and identify expansion and utilization growth opportunities.
**Cross-Functional Leadership:** Act as the central point of contact for external issues, resolving escalations end-to-end with speed and sound judgment. Translate complex health metrics and claims insights into actionable narratives for partner stakeholders during open enrollment and benefits seasons.
**Required Experience:** 4–7+ years in client success, account management, implementation, or partner operations in fast-paced environments. Healthcare and benefits experience is essential—digital health, employer benefits, payer/provider, or regulated healthcare backgrounds are preferred. Experience with carrier, consultant, or credentialing dynamics is a major plus.
