JustPark is a unified parking platform combining B2B solutions for destinations and B2C services for drivers. The company merged ParkHub (US event parking) and JustPark (UK parking marketplace) to deliver end-to-end parking solutions.
The Client Success Manager role is an individual contributor position within JPV, JustPark's U.S. Everyday Parking Products division. You will own client success delivery for a portfolio of accounts across the JPV suite, which includes Permits, On Demand mobile payments, EnforcePlus enforcement, Valet (Oobeo Valet, RequestAhead, ValetMate), Self-Park, Insights, and CurbTrac.
Key responsibilities include:
- Account ownership: Lead onboarding, adoption, ongoing success, and renewal support for your book of accounts. Manage account health, retention, and expansion signals.
- Product fluency: Build working knowledge across the JPV product set. Field client questions, troubleshoot common issues, and escalate appropriately.
- Documentation and process: Contribute to team documentation, runbooks, and onboarding materials. Flag process gaps and help close them.
- Cross-functional partnership: Partner with Engineering and Product on client feedback and escalations. Work with the Commercial team on renewals and expansion.
- Client communication: Run regular account check-ins and business reviews. Handle day-to-day communication professionally and escalate complex situations.
- Proactive problem-solving: Take ownership of issues in your book rather than waiting for direction.
The role operates within a lean CX function where processes are still being built, so you'll contribute to developing playbooks and operating materials as the team scales. You'll report to the Head of Customer Experience and work closely with Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams.
Required experience: 2–4 years in customer success, account management, or client-facing SaaS. You should be comfortable managing multi-product accounts, learning systems quickly, and communicating confidently with C-suite and operations-level stakeholders. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, commercial instincts, and genuine empathy for customer growth are essential. Willingness to travel to customer launches and support visits is expected. Bonus experience in mobility, real estate, or operations-heavy industries.
