Fun builds infrastructure powering consumer-facing fintech applications, handling onboarding, account access, and money movement for blockchain-based systems. The company operates at the intersection of financial infrastructure, complex engineering, and product experience, serving some of the largest applications in crypto. As Client Success Manager based in the Singapore office, you will own a named share of the enterprise client book and provide coverage for the rest, ensuring clients working Asia hours always have someone familiar with their account. You will manage enterprise relationships including standing syncs, regular reviews, escalation handling, and in-person meetings. You will also own renewals and expansion, identifying accounts whose usage has outgrown their tier and maintaining accurate CRM records. You will take responsibility for a share of mid-market clients and work with the Client Success lead to automate that work, freeing your time to focus on enterprise as mid-market moves to self-serve. You will use AI tools (Claude) daily for drafting, data analysis, and converting recurring client questions into documentation, providing written context to engineering, product, and design teams without becoming a bottleneck. The role requires excellent async communication across time zones, strong internal collaboration with technical teams, and the ability to manage difficult conversations, renewals, and pricing discussions. You will be expected to host clients, work conferences, and handle unglamorous operational work. The position is primarily in-person at the Singapore headquarters, with Monday-Thursday in-office collaboration and optional work-from-home Fridays. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years in client success or technical account management, owning named enterprise accounts at an API, infrastructure, or payments company - Technical range to follow integrations and answer most questions yourself (production code not required) - Strong AI skills and real fluency with Claude or equivalent, already using it to do more than otherwise possible - Honest and forthright communication; ability to run difficult conversations, renewals, and pricing discussions - Excellent async operator across time zones with strong internal communication skills with engineering, product, and design NICE TO HAVE: - Crypto experience, particularly DeFi protocols, perps venues, prediction markets, or exchanges - Payments or on-ramp background - SQL or BI tool familiarity to answer own data questions
