Diligent Robotics is building AI-powered humanoid robots that collaborate with human teams in healthcare settings. As a Client Success Manager, you'll own the health, performance, and growth of a territory of hospital partners running Moxi robot fleets. This is a field-based role with approximately 75% travel, requiring proximity to a major airport. You will serve as the executive relationship owner and operational driver for your accounts. Key responsibilities include: leading recurring leadership check-ins and quarterly business reviews with hospital C-suite and nursing leadership; translating utilization data into clear value narratives (clinical hours returned, delivery volume, staff satisfaction, cost avoidance); monitoring adoption and reliability metrics across your territory; diagnosing underperformance and running interventions; managing a prioritized book of work per account with clear owners and dates; driving issue resolution end-to-end across operations, support, engineering, and product teams without direct authority; and identifying and activating new use cases to expand fleet adoption. You'll need comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where the playbook is still being written. Strong data fluency is essential—you'll work confidently in dashboards and spreadsheets, understanding not just numbers but what they mean. Executive presence is critical: you'll hold rooms with hospital leaders, tell crisp data-driven stories, and handle difficult conversations directly. Project management discipline, ownership mentality, and creative problem-solving are core to success. Preferred experience includes client-facing account management, customer success, or consulting; a track record of owning and improving customer performance metrics; experience running executive business reviews; cross-functional project management; and healthcare or hospital operations background.
