DailyPay is a worktech company transforming how people access their pay through on-demand pay solutions. As a Scaled Client Success Manager, you will manage a high-volume portfolio of small-to-medium enterprise (SME) clients, driving adoption of DailyPay's platform while ensuring long-term retention and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities include managing 50+ SME accounts using one-to-many communication strategies, proactively identifying at-risk accounts using internal health-scoring tools, and implementing standardized retention plays. You'll drive feature adoption by educating clients on product value, resolve emerging client concerns with discretion, and escalate complex issues to senior leadership. You'll support the final stages of client onboarding, execute standardized renewal processes, and maintain high proficiency in Salesforce and Gainsight to ensure accurate data tracking. You'll also contribute to the product feedback loop by documenting common pain points and feature requests from the SME segment, helping shape the product roadmap. This role sits within the Customer Office and requires strong analytical skills to interpret data dashboards and use metrics to drive proactive outreach. You bring 1–3 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer support, ideally in SaaS or fintech. You're proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce or Gainsight preferred), have strong written and verbal communication skills, and can solve routine to semi-complex issues independently. A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is required. DailyPay offers comprehensive benefits including health/vision/dental, equity ownership opportunities, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, unlimited PTO, and 401(k) matching. The company is headquartered in New York City with operations throughout the US and in Belfast.
