Centivo is seeking a Client Success Executive to lead and manage key relationships within our Middle Market employer client portfolio. You will serve as the primary point of contact post-implementation, owning the full client relationship and ensuring high satisfaction and retention across our self-funded health plan offerings. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of self-funded employer clients, overseeing all aspects of health plan solutions and TPA services including member engagement, claims processing, PBM, provider networks, and analytics. You'll build strong relationships across client organizations (HR, Finance, Benefits leadership), working with brokers and consultants to resolve issues and demonstrate ongoing value. Key responsibilities include leading the renewal process with data-driven presentations on plan performance and health analytics, monitoring account health to identify retention risks early, and identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts. You will identify, track, and resolve client issues by coordinating with internal teams and third-party partners, serving as an escalation point for concerns while maintaining transparent communication. You'll prepare and deliver clear reporting on plan performance and claims data, collaborating with analytics and clinical teams to ensure insights align with client priorities. Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you'll work with implementation, sales, and vendor partners to enhance delivery methodologies and represent the client success perspective in sales meetings. Required: Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years of health plan experience with self-funded accounts, and 5+ years in Client Success/Account Management within employer-sponsored benefits. You must have working knowledge of self-funded plan administration (TPA operations, plan design, claims management, benefit structure) and strong relationship management skills across HR, Benefits, and Finance stakeholders. Preferred: Familiarity with value-based care, ACO models, or primary care-centered benefit design; advanced Microsoft Office skills; and excellent communication abilities. Candidates in Wisconsin are preferred.
