iCapital Network is seeking an Associate for the International Client Solutions Asia Pacific team to support relationship management and business development activities focused on Banks, Wealth Managers, and Multi-Family Offices across Southeast Asia.
You will support the management and growth of relationships with Private Banks, Wealth Managers, and Multi-Family Offices across the Southeast Asia region. You will assist in delivering a consultative client experience by identifying opportunities to deepen engagement across iCapital's platform and solutions. Key responsibilities include coordinating and supporting internal projects to develop processes, tracking tools, and operating frameworks for the team; preparing client presentations, reports, and analyses to support business development and relationship management; and developing a strong understanding of private markets and alternative investments to effectively communicate iCapital's solutions to clients and partners.
You will partner with cross-functional teams including product, operations, legal, compliance, and fund management to support fund launches and strategic initiatives. You will gather and share market intelligence including competitive developments, investor trends, and client feedback with internal stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client requests and follow-ups with timely execution and high service standards, supporting relationship managers in identifying expansion opportunities and increased platform adoption, and collaborating with Client Solutions colleagues globally on client development and coverage strategy initiatives.
The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with four days in office and one day remote flexibility (Friday).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Solid academic credentials in a relevant field
- 3+ years of solid work experience in Asset Management or Wealth Management industry with demonstrated track record in developing and managing client relationships (required)
- Adequate exposure to Private Equity and/or other Private Markets asset classes, and understanding of the distribution model (highly preferred)
- Entrepreneurial approach to managing projects with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills with demonstrated capability to build trust and strategically manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and comfort using them to improve productivity, client coverage, and reporting
- Highly collaborative with strategic thinking about business opportunities and client management
- Ability to work independently with strong appetite for fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments; self-motivated with hands-on attitude
- Fluency in English required; ability to speak other Asian languages is a strong asset
