iCapital is hiring a Client Relationship Manager to join the Structured Investments team supporting the Independent Broker Dealer (IBD) coverage group. This is a hybrid, client-facing role combining relationship management and business development for iCapital's enterprise technology platform serving wealth management and broker-dealer firms.
You will support senior Relationship Managers across all IBD client and prospect relationships, participating actively in day-to-day account management and business development. Key responsibilities include assisting with platform demonstrations for new prospects, contributing to RFP responses, and coordinating with internal cross-functional teams on iCapital's suite of enterprise technology solutions. You'll manage ongoing client relationships by handling follow-ups, tracking open items, and ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries and requests.
You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal partners to support tactical and strategic initiatives across the IBD channel, support internal project management efforts including CRM data maintenance and pipeline tracking, and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to facilitate client integrations and delivery of key platform functionality. Over time, you'll develop strong working knowledge of iCapital's product suite and the structured investments landscape to serve as a credible resource for clients and prospects.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing, business development, or relationship management role, ideally within financial services or enterprise technology. Foundational knowledge of structured investments with strong interest in deepening expertise is required. Direct experience working for or with wealth management firms and broker-dealers is a plus. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and thrive as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment. Series 7 and 63 licenses are preferred; willingness to obtain if not already held is expected.
The role offers a base salary of $100,000–$140,000 plus equity, annual performance bonus, employer-matched retirement plan, subsidized healthcare (100% employer-paid dental and vision), telemedicine, virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited PTO. Work schedule is in-office Monday–Thursday with remote flexibility on Friday.
