Deliveroo is seeking a Client Partner to lead enterprise sales and account management for Deliveroo for Work (DfW), the company's B2B corporate food-spending platform. This hybrid role is based in London at The River Building HQ and sits within the Commercial team, which drives marketplace strategy, partnerships, and revenue growth across restaurants, grocers, and new verticals globally.
In this position, you will own end-to-end sales cycles for high-value, multi-market partnerships with Fortune 500 and large global organizations. You'll manage strategic accounts for top-tier clients, driving contract renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities with senior stakeholders. A key responsibility is leading and developing a small team, setting clear direction and coaching members to deliver against global enterprise targets.
You'll design bespoke commercial propositions—tailored pricing models, contract structures, and rollout strategies that align Deliveroo's capabilities with complex client needs. Collaboration is central: you'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to navigate technical and security/compliance requirements, translating customer insights into product improvements.
The ideal candidate brings significant B2B commercial experience closing high-value deals in complex procurement environments. You'll need proven people leadership skills, technical fluency to engage credibly with engineering and product teams, and executive presence to influence C-suite decision-makers. Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage long sales cycles are essential.
Deliveroo, now part of DoorDash, offers a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your work directly impacts customers, partners, and riders. You'll have autonomy, real responsibility, and opportunities to stretch and develop new skills as the business evolves. The company is committed to diversity, inclusion, and creating a fair hiring process.
