Salary: USD 174,180 - 259,000 / annual
ServiceNow is seeking a Client Director for Strategic Tech to manage and grow relationships with the company's largest existing high-tech accounts. In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic relationship manager and executive liaison between ServiceNow and assigned enterprise clients, overseeing virtual teams including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic leadership and executive relationship management across assigned accounts, from project/IT teams to C-suite level
- Developing and deploying ServiceNow solutions aligned with clients' strategic business outcomes
- Building multi-tiered trust relationships and deep organizational penetration within client companies
- Overseeing worldwide account development and resource deployment
- Creating clear roadmaps and building capabilities to ensure outstanding customer experience
- Achieving financial targets including licenses, renewals, and professional services revenue
- Leading virtual and matrixed teams across multiple ServiceNow functions

Requirements:
- Current location in greater Bay Area, California (required)
- 7+ years of client management experience in SaaS, with demonstrated ability to align account strategies to revenue opportunities
- 2+ years as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and executive-level relationship management (SaaS)
- Proven success in strategic enterprise accounts
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- High-tech vertical experience strongly preferred
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, or IT Operations Management (software/IT sales organizations)
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
- Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs
- Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on geography/region
