As a Client Account Executive for Mid-Market, you will manage a portfolio of existing Dialpad customers, driving year-over-year revenue growth through strategic account management and expansion of the product suite. You'll serve as a trusted consultant to your clients, identifying opportunities to implement additional Dialpad offerings that align with their business goals. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the full sales cycle for your mid-market customer portfolio - Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for your book of business - Creating territory account plans to consistently achieve quarterly goals and activity metrics - Cultivating deep relationships with customers to understand their strategic direction and expansion plans - Generating pipeline and driving an efficient, disciplined sales process - Meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets - Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and channel partners - Ensuring customers continuously realize value from their Dialpad investment You'll report to a Sales Manager and work in a fast-paced, ambitious environment where curiosity, persistence, and empathy are core values. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, account management experience, and the ability to navigate complex customer organizations.
