As a Claims Team Lead for Bodily Injury/Property Damage Liability, you will serve as a working manager supporting a claims manager with both leadership and technical responsibilities. You will oversee a Commercial Transportation Claims adjusting team, balancing management duties with individual contributor work when volume requires.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a claims adjusting team in commercial transportation
- Providing operational oversight and driving efficiency through technology and analytics
- Serving as a technical expert in bodily injury and property damage liability claims
- Supporting customers and internal stakeholders with claims expertise
- Leveraging automation and data to improve team performance and outcomes
- Mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative, empathetic work environment
