Reserv is a venture-backed insurtech company (founded May 2022, backed by Bain Capital and Altai Ventures) building AI and automation technology to modernize claims processing. The company is focused on automating manual tasks in claims management for TPAs, insurance technology providers, and adjusters.
As a Claims Recruiter, you will own recruiting activities for insurance adjuster and claims-related roles. Your responsibilities include:
• Source and recruit high-quality candidates for insurance adjuster positions through multiple channels
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiting agencies, and candidates
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies and tactics to attract top talent
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and role fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting agencies to review resumes, provide feedback, and coordinate interviews
• Manage scheduling, facilitate communication among all parties, and ensure hiring stays within budget
• Maintain the applicant tracking system as the single source of truth for candidate tracking
• Create reports on the recruiting pipeline to provide insights and identify areas for improvement
• Design and iterate on recruiting strategies to balance speed, interviewer bandwidth, and specific role requirements
You will play a pivotal role in building out Reserv's team during a critical growth phase. The ideal candidate has strong relationship management and communication skills, experience recruiting for specialized roles, and the ability to work in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
