Parachute Health is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as the strategic right hand and operational co-pilot to the CEO. The company is the leading digital ordering platform for medical equipment and supplies, connecting 300,000+ clinicians and 3,000+ supplier locations across all 50 states, serving 15M+ patients.
In this role, you will architect and maintain the executive operating system, owning the executive rhythm, master execution tracker, and accountability mechanisms across the leadership team. You'll translate the CEO's vision into actionable, cross-functional roadmaps and ensure the executive team hits milestones with velocity.
Key responsibilities include: facilitating CEO decisions by preparing framed options and recommendations; managing information flow to and from the CEO; representing the CEO in appropriate forums; acting as a diplomatic bridge between the CEO, executive leadership, board members, and external stakeholders; unblocking friction and building consensus without direct authority; owning "too hard, too urgent, or too ambiguous" problems including market pivots, partnerships, and operational crises; ensuring executive readiness for high-value client and partner meetings; and translating new product concepts and vertical strategies into structured testing frameworks and cross-functional tiger teams.
You should have 10+ years of experience in operating, strategy, and execution roles—ideally as a prior Chief of Staff, in business operations, top-tier consulting, or as an operating leader at a growth-stage company. You possess entrepreneurial DNA (likely having started a company or been a foundational hire at a hyper-growth startup), exceptional organizational discipline, charismatic leadership with high emotional intelligence, and fluency with AI tools and AI-native organizational models. You excel at structured communication, can distill complex multi-variable problems into clarity, and operate with the gravitas to influence seasoned executives without formal authority.
