Float is seeking a bilingual Senior Account Executive to join its high-growth sales team. This role is central to the company's expansion as it targets increasingly larger customers. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of concrete sales results, combines strategic vision with relentless execution, and employs a consultative, solution-focused approach.
Responsibilities include: adopting a consultative sales approach to guide clients from first contact through signature, emphasizing strategic value and advice over product-pushing; developing a portfolio of new mid-market customers (20–500+ employees); meeting individual and team sales targets consistently; managing the entire sales cycle from discovery through demonstration, negotiation, and close; prioritizing customer needs and building relationships with key stakeholders; serving as the customer voice and collaborating closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams; surfacing market signals to drive product innovation; contributing ideas to build a world-class sales team; and partnering with finance teams across Canada's most successful companies in diverse sectors.
The role is fully remote, based in Quebec, with occasional travel to the Toronto office for team meetings and in-person collaboration. Candidates must be comfortable working autonomously and asynchronously.
Required qualifications: bilingual fluency in French and English (written and oral), with the ability to switch seamlessly with prospects, clients, and colleagues across Canada; professional English proficiency is essential due to regular correspondence with clients, suppliers, and partners outside Quebec and colleagues in other provinces; 2–4 years of B2B technology sales experience, ideally in a high-growth enterprise environment; and understanding of the mid-market landscape.
