Square is seeking a Channel Sales Support Agent to serve as the operational backbone for independent contractor sales teams across Europe. This role is critical to enabling entrepreneurs and local sellers to succeed with Square's integrated commerce and financial services platform.
You will act as the primary point of contact for Europe's IC sales teams, providing responsive support within agreed SLAs. Your responsibilities include building strong working relationships with independent contractors, delivering product knowledge and sales collateral, and offering technical guidance. You'll coordinate across internal teams to resolve sales inefficiencies and remove blockers, identifying recurring problems and partnering with management on lasting solutions. You'll also provide phone and face-to-face support when needed.
On the operations side, you'll maintain sales documentation, playbooks, and resource libraries; process commission calculations in coordination with finance; and keep systems current so teams always have the information they need.
Required experience includes 1–2 years in sales support, channel management, technical support/implementation, or customer service. You must be proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), Google Workspace, and AI tools, with a basic understanding of B2B sales processes, sales cycle management, and sales reporting/analytics.
Preferred qualifications include experience working with self-employed contractors, distributors, or channel partners, and bilingual English/French capability.
This is a full-time, remote-first role (office optional) with Monday–Friday hours, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with minimal travel for occasional sales meetings, training, and contractor events.
