Coursera (recently merged with Udemy to form a comprehensive skills development platform) is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to build and lead the India channel program for its Enterprise business. This is a builder role focused on the Indian market, specifically targeting Universities, Government bodies, and Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs). You will own the end-to-end creation and execution of Coursera's channel strategy in India. Key responsibilities include: • Hunt, recruit, and activate Tier II channel partners who have existing relationships with university leadership, state/central government education departments, and PSE L&D/HR/CIO functions • Drive indirect revenue from channel partners in the University, Government, and PSE sectors • Refine partner-led sales and lead processes to maximize efficiency • Identify marketing interventions needed to support channel growth • Work directly with partner sales representatives and internal sales teams to drive leads and close deals • Analyze new business opportunities that could accelerate enterprise growth and close new partnerships where appropriate • Reduce friction for direct sales teams to sell through partnerships Coursera's Enterprise team serves global organizations seeking to upskill or reskill their workforce. The company operates a globally distributed team model with intentional collaboration on key initiatives. You'll be part of a larger Enterprise organization that includes Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success, Implementation Management, Solution Consulting, and Revenue Strategy & Operations functions. The role requires someone who is a builder and operator—comfortable with ambiguity, able to move fast, and focused on metrics that drive business impact.
