Monday.com is an AI work platform used by 250,000+ customers to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform. The company is seeking a Channel Partner Manager to cover Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), based in Munich with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days per week in the Munich office at Rindermarkt).
In this role, you will own the complete strategy, sales, and execution of growing a portfolio of channel partners across the CEE region. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the partner growth strategy for your CEE portfolio
- Leading strategic sales and account management activities alongside partners, including bringing in new business and expanding existing relationships
- Building and maintaining close partnerships while balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential
- Evaluating financial and non-financial benefits and risks of new and existing partnerships
- Tracking, reporting, and optimizing partnership performance, identifying issues and executing solutions
- Owning partner portfolio targets and delivering month-over-month results
- Collaborating across monday.com teams to build and maintain a pipeline of potential partner relationships
- Traveling as required or working from partner/customer offices as needed
This is a people-management role where you will be responsible for driving partner success and managing their business growth alongside your own pipeline and forecasts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in SaaS sales roles (required)
- 1+ years' experience managing Channel Partners/Resellers (advantageous)
- Strong sales background with a proven track record from opportunity identification through close
- Account and quota planning skills
- Ability to manage projects from conception to completion
- Strong relationship-building skills with exceptional verbal and written communication
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Fluency in Polish (strongly preferred)
- Public speaking experience (advantageous)
