This Channel Marketing Specialist role is based in Colombia and focuses on executing partner and channel marketing initiatives across Latin America. You will work closely with LATAM Marketing Leadership to drive regional growth through strategic channel partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving partner adoption of core messaging across the channel, expanding coverage and presence while supporting partners' demand generation plans
- Leading joint plans and initiatives with priority partners and distributors across LATAM, owning co-marketing plans and budgets for key regional distributors and technology alliance partners
- Coordinating demand-generation campaigns including online events, email/content campaigns, digital and social tactics, joint-branded content, and incentive programs
- Organizing priorities, agendas, and execution flows with the channel sales team
- Adapting global partner marketing programs and English-language communications for LATAM partners, balancing to-partner and through-partner campaign strategies
- Organizing materials and workflows to improve partner activation capability
- Managing allocation and performance tracking of joint marketing/MDF funds
- Tracking and reporting on campaign effectiveness and adoption using Salesforce metrics
- Collaborating with Sales, Sales Engineering, Channel, and Marketing teams to maintain cross-functional alignment
- Partnering with channel leadership to shape LATAM channel strategy and priorities
Required qualifications include 3-4 years of B2B, partner, or channel marketing experience, with prior exposure to technology, software, cloud, infrastructure, or cybersecurity preferred. Fluent English, Spanish (native/fluent given Colombia base), and Portuguese (for Brazilian partner engagement) are essential. Experience with co-branded campaigns, distributors, and regional partner routines is required, along with comfort reporting campaign effectiveness in Salesforce. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field is required. Some travel (approximately 20%) is required.
