Bitwarden is hiring a Channel Marketing Manager to own partner marketing end-to-end across MSP, reseller, and VAR channels. This role reports to Growth Marketing leadership and sits at the intersection of Growth Marketing, Channel Sales, and Marketing Operations.
Key responsibilities include: owning the MSP channel marketing motion from partner onboarding and enablement through demand generation and events; developing the annual Channel Marketing Plan with event selection, budget, and strategy; serving as the primary marketing contact for Channel Sales, running biweekly meetings and managing event intake; owning reporting on program performance including pipeline influenced, partner engagement, event ROI, and progress against a $5M combined reseller/MSP revenue target; extending proven partner playbooks (onboarding sequences, enablement content, toolkits) prioritized by revenue contribution; building a proactive partner demand generation strategy to drive net-new target partner interest; managing the channel marketing budget across sponsorships, campaigns, and enablement programs; partnering with Marketing Operations, Communications, and Product Marketing to keep partner-facing content and the partner portal current and aligned; and administering the Bitwarden partner portal.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of B2B channel, partner, or field marketing experience, ideally with MSPs, resellers, or VARs in SaaS or technology. You should have proven ability to own marketing programs end-to-end (strategy, budget, execution, reporting) without heavy hands-on direction; experience planning and executing in-person or virtual partner events; experience building or running partner lifecycle email programs; a track record of turning reactive, request-driven functions into proactive, planned ones; strong cross-functional collaboration skills; comfort with ambiguity and prioritization; and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Enthusiasm for open source and internet security is valued.
The interview process includes meetings with the Recruiting Manager, Head of Growth Marketing and Operations, Channel Sales stakeholders, Growth Marketing team members, Chief Customer Officer, and reference calls. Bitwarden is headquartered in Santa Barbara, California with team members globally, and this all-remote role prefers candidates on the East Coast or Central time zone for EMEA support.
