Linx Security is building its channel program from the ground up and seeking an entrepreneurial Channel Account Manager to own the partner ecosystem across the U.S. West region. This is a foundational role for someone who wants to shape go-to-market strategy rather than execute an existing playbook.
You will be the primary face of Linx in the field, responsible for sourcing, enabling, and activating a portfolio of VARs and boutique security integrators. This is a road role requiring significant in-person engagement: quarterly business reviews, partner SKOs, executive dinners, and whiteboard sessions with IAM practice leads. Relationship-building in person is core to success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing a portfolio of West region partners with depth in VARs and boutique security integrators
- Sourcing new partners and progressing them from initial conversation through active pipeline contribution
- Enabling partner sellers, architects, and technical engineers to speak credibly about Linx and the IGA category
- Co-selling alongside partner representatives on qualified opportunities through close
- Owning joint account planning, including coverage mapping, whitespace identification, and target account coordination
- Collaborating with field marketing on partner events, campaigns, and incentive programs
- Tracking partner-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, and activation metrics
You will have direct access to leadership, real budget authority, and the opportunity to shape the channel strategy for years to come. This role is ideal for someone with VAR/integrator ecosystem experience who thrives in building relationships and creating structure in an emerging program.
