As a Channel Account Manager, you will manage and enable the success of a defined set of existing partners while driving adoption of NMI's full product suite. Reporting to the Manager of Channel Account Management, you'll be part of a collaborative team supporting and growing ISO and ISV partners in North America. Key responsibilities include: **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with assigned partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and issues. Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities. Proactively anticipate partner needs and offer solutions. **Account Planning & Strategy:** Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, goals, and action steps for each partner. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align strategies and deliver value. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and maximize revenue potential. **Sales & Revenue Generation:** Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the partner base. Work closely with the sales team to pursue new business and expand the partner portfolio. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. **Problem Solving:** Address partner concerns and resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily. Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams and follow up for resolution. Act as an internal advocate for partner needs and priorities. **Reporting & Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of all partner interactions. Prepare regular reports on account activity, sales performance, and satisfaction metrics. Use data and analytics to identify trends and improvement areas. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proven account management or sales background, excellent communication skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, CRM proficiency, and a results-driven focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This role requires in-office attendance in Cape Town during US working hours.
