Lightspeed Commerce is seeking an energetic, results-driven Capital Account Manager to join their sales team in London. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of hospitality customers, helping them grow their businesses by leveraging Lightspeed's financial services and commerce platform.
You'll deliver exceptional customer service while advising merchants on Lightspeed Capital solutions, building strong trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to expand their use of financial services. Your responsibilities include negotiating contracts, closing deals to maximize revenue and customer growth, and achieving sales targets through strategic account management while collaborating with regional sales leaders.
The ideal candidate brings experience in outbound sales, ideally selling financial products or services, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You'll need business fluency in English (written and spoken), confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, and a self-motivated mindset with a strong drive to succeed. A passion for continuous learning and feedback is essential.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in the hospitality industry, knowledge of SaaS and consultative selling, experience with Salesforce and sales pipeline management, or a background in banking or financial services.
