CrowdStrike's Counter Adversary Operations (CAO) team is hiring a Client Success Advisor to serve as a regional advisor to CAO Elite customers across Ireland, Germany, and the UK. This is a customer-facing role focused on delighting clients throughout their lifecycle with CrowdStrike's managed threat intelligence and threat hunting service.
You will own the onboarding experience for new CAO Elite customers, ensuring successful operationalization and adoption of the platform. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations, customer engagements, and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include conducting proof-of-value demonstrations, managing customer health metrics and reporting, identifying renewal risks, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
You'll work proactively with clients through regular check-ins, surveys, and feedback sessions. You'll assess client usage patterns and ROI, ensuring they're maximizing value from the service. You'll also liaise across CAO and other internal teams to maintain service integrity and address customer needs.
Required qualifications: Prior experience in a customer-facing cybersecurity role, ideally with EDR platforms. Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders. Strong relationship-building skills across customer, partner, and internal teams. Practical knowledge of threat hunting, all-source intelligence, and security research methodologies. Background in at least one of: security operations, incident response, consulting, malware analysis, penetration testing, or threat intelligence. Experience leveraging AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in information security or equivalent industry experience (4+ years). Familiarity with automation tools, JIRA, or project management concepts. Ability to work across multiple time zones.
