Revolut is seeking a Business Risk Manager to join the first line of defence and advise on crypto matters within the Risk function. The role sits at the intersection of risk management and cryptocurrency infrastructure, supporting Revolut's mission to deliver financial products and services to 80+ million customers globally.
You will apply Revolut's risk management framework to crypto infrastructure, identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks across the organization. Key responsibilities include independently testing controls, developing risk management procedures, and designing key risk indicators (KRIs) to monitor against established limits. You'll register and manage risk incidents, deliver relevant reports, and prepare management information related to risk exposures. Additionally, you'll implement business continuity requirements to ensure operational resilience.
The role requires 1+ years of experience in risk management within financial services or technology, with demonstrated expertise in risk identification, monitoring, and controls (both implementation and testing). You should have a solid track record of achievement in a business environment or at an academic level, with the ability to quickly assume responsibilities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. An organized, methodological approach and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Programming or coding skills are a nice-to-have.
