The Business Risk Manager (Crypto) role sits within the first line of defence in Revolut's risk function, which operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor performance and ensure safe business operations. You will develop sustainable growth strategies aligned with operational risk frameworks and advance risk management procedures within the crypto entity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating application of the risk management framework within the crypto entity
- Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks
- Independently testing controls
- Developing risk management procedures
- Designing key risk indicators and monitoring them against limits
- Registering and managing risk incidents and delivering relevant reports
- Preparing management information related to risk exposures
- Implementing business continuity requirements
You will work across multiple office locations (Bangalore, Barcelona, Dubai, Krakow, Limassol, Lisbon, London, Madrid) with remote options available in Chennai, Cyprus, Gurgaon, India, Indore, Poland, Porto, and Portugal.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in risk management within financial services or technology
- Expertise in risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing)
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and organize complex data to enable risk-based decisions
- Solid track record of achievement in a business environment and/or at an academic level
- Ability to quickly assume responsibilities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Organized and methodological approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Nice to have: Programming skills
