Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 / annual
Skydio, the leading US autonomous drone company, is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to support Go-To-Market and G&A hiring initiatives. You will operate as a versatile recruiting generalist, managing the complete recruitment pipeline from sourcing through offer stage, with flexibility to shift focus based on evolving business priorities.
In this role, you'll partner closely with senior business leaders and hiring managers to understand team goals and develop thoughtful hiring strategies. You'll source both active and passive candidates through diverse channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, industry events, networking, and market research. Your responsibilities include building relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences, and serving as a consultative advisor on team-building decisions.
You'll leverage recruiting tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Seekout, and Teamable to manage workflows and report on key metrics. A critical part of the role involves providing data-driven insights to inform recruiting strategy and process improvements. You'll collaborate with the broader recruiting team to build scalable, efficient processes that support Skydio's high-growth trajectory.
The position is based in San Mateo with an expectation of 3 days per week in-office, though remote arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates with strong alignment to core requirements. Remote employees may be required to travel periodically to headquarters.
