Join Hinge Health as a Business Operations & Strategy Manager, serving as the strategic engine for the company's most critical cross-functional initiatives. You will bridge high-level strategy and operational execution, transforming ideas into scalable solutions that impact 20+ million members across the platform.
In this role, you will own projects spanning new revenue and product strategies (business case modeling, market landscaping), product pilots and go-to-market execution (0-to-1 development through full rollout), business outcome management, and operational scaling and transformation.
First 3 months: Dive deep into business performance metrics and current strategic initiatives. Build trust with stakeholders across Product, Commercial, and Clinical teams. Take ownership of a key workstream within an ongoing strategic project (e.g., new market pilot or operational audit).
First 6 months: Drive execution on major cross-functional initiatives such as piloting new products or scaling revenue strategies. Establish robust dashboards to manage business performance KPIs and proactively identify operational improvements.
First 12 months: Own the strategy and operational roadmap for a significant business area. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, delivering data-driven insights that inform annual planning and long-term strategic direction.

The platform addresses acute injury, chronic pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation through personalized, evidence-based care. The company is the preferred partner to 50+ health plans, PBMs, and ecosystem partners, serving over 20 million people across 2,550+ employers. Headquartered in San Francisco with offices in Montreal and Bangalore.
The hybrid model requires 3 days per week in the San Francisco office for full 8-hour business days. The office features a dog-friendly workplace program.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in business strategy and modeling
- 4+ years of experience managing time-sensitive projects
- 3+ years of experience in at least one of: Consulting, Chief of Staff, Investment Banking, or BizOps
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL) and written communication
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- 5+ years of Consulting, Chief of Staff, Investment Banking, or BizOps experience
- MBA or MPH
- Healthcare industry experience
