You will join the Sales Team within Funding Options by Tide as a Business Finance Specialist, responsible for connecting small business customers and vendors with appropriate financing solutions from a panel of 80+ lenders. This role combines direct customer engagement with vendor relationship management and requires a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets
- Managing vendor relationships and nurturing partnerships with commercial lending partners
- Contacting, engaging, and guiding small business customers through their finance application process
- Articulating Tide's financing proposition across multiple product classes (hire purchase, leasing, unsecured loans, etc.)
- Building deep knowledge of lender products and market trends
- Maintaining accurate prospect data in Salesforce and identifying market trends
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales and application process
- Sharing successes and insights across the organization
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, lending, or brokerage environments. You should demonstrate a consistent ability to exceed revenue targets, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential.
