You will join Rippling's Dublin sales development team as a founding member of the EMEA expansion effort. This is a Business Development Representative role focused on outbound prospecting, with a specific requirement for Arabic language fluency to support the company's entry into the UAE market and broader Middle East region.
As part of the foundational team, you will help establish the playbook and culture for how Rippling conquers new markets in the region. Your work will directly influence the company's trajectory in the UAE and surrounding markets, positioning you at the forefront of introducing a revolutionary product to enterprises in the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound prospecting and lead generation targeting enterprise and mid-market companies
- Building and qualifying pipelines for Account Executives
- Developing market knowledge and establishing initial relationships with prospects
- Contributing to the development of go-to-market strategies for the EMEA region
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and positioning
