Notion is hiring a Business Development Representative based in Dublin to drive qualified pipeline generation for the Nordics region. You'll be at the forefront of Notion's rebuilt go-to-market motion, focusing on a workflow-first, builder-led approach.
In this role, you'll identify and target high-potential accounts in your assigned territory, partnering closely with Solutions Consultants to create meaningful conversations with companies ready to rethink how they work. You'll run multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to secure first meetings with decision-makers. Your core responsibility is conducting initial qualification to ensure handoffs are "ready to build"—validating ICP fit, intent, and workflow alignment before passing to sellers.
You'll document clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypotheses, and stakeholder context to set sellers up for success. You'll leverage GTM tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting and increase outbound quality and consistency.
Key qualifications include proven outbound pipeline generation experience with hands-on cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels. You need strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach. Sharp qualification instincts are essential—you must quickly assess ICP fit and identify urgency. You should have a passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models. A high-activity mindset with discipline to prioritize by signal and data is required.
Nice-to-haves include experience with Salesforce or Outreach, familiarity with Notion as a product or prior productivity/collaboration software sales experience, background in high-velocity metric-driven outbound environments, and fluency in Swedish or Norwegian.
The role is hybrid, with office presence required Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days) in Dublin. You don't need to be an AI expert, but intellectual curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter is expected.
