Notion is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive qualified pipeline generation for the Middle East & Africa region from its Dublin office. In this role, you'll be the engine behind turning high-potential accounts into meaningful conversations with Solutions Consultants. You'll own a book of accounts and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to identify and target companies ready to rethink how they work with Notion's collaborative AI workspace.
Your core responsibilities include generating workflow-first pipeline by identifying high-potential accounts and partnering with sellers on outbound strategy. You'll run multi-channel campaigns to create urgency and secure first meetings with decision-makers, then conduct initial qualification to ensure handoffs are truly "ready to build." You'll document clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypotheses, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running. You'll also leverage GTM tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting and increase outbound consistency.
You'll need proven experience in outbound pipeline generation with hands-on cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential—you must craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns responses. You should have sharp qualification instincts to quickly assess ICP fit and identify urgency. A passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models is required. You'll maintain a high-activity mindset with discipline to prioritize based on signal and data, not just volume. Fluency in Arabic is a key requirement for this MEA-focused role.
Nice-to-haves include experience with Salesforce or Outreach, familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity/collaboration software, and background in high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environments. The role is based in Dublin with anchor days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for in-office collaboration.
