As a Business Development Representative, you'll drive pipeline growth through a combination of strategic outbound prospecting and timely engagement of high-intent inbound opportunities. You'll work within a defined portfolio of target accounts, partnering closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to identify and qualify new opportunities.
Key responsibilities include: building qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting into target accounts; researching accounts and identifying key decision-makers using sales intelligence tools; creating personalized multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and video; qualifying and managing high-intent inbound inquiries; leveraging engagement and buying intent data to prioritize outreach; executing account-based prospecting strategies; maintaining accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce; monitoring account engagement and buying signals; collaborating with Marketing, ABM, and Demand Generation teams on integrated campaigns; supporting field marketing events and webinars; and sharing best practices with the team.
You'll report to a Regional xDR Manager or Team Lead and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Success requires adaptability, curiosity, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset with a passion for building relationships and creating revenue impact.
