In this Business Development Representative role, you will drive pipeline generation for the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) market from the Barcelona office. You will identify and engage target accounts through multi-channel outreach, book qualified meetings, and hand off clean opportunities to Account Executives. Working closely with the DACH AE team, you will develop coordinated, account-based plays and maintain accurate Salesforce records of all activity, contacts, and opportunities.
Key responsibilities include prospecting target accounts via calls, emails, and LinkedIn; booking qualified meetings; partnering with AEs on their books of business; keeping Salesforce current; and sharing market intelligence on objections and messaging to refine outbound strategy.
You bring native-level German and advanced English fluency (French, Spanish, or Italian a plus). You have approximately one year of prior BDR or outbound sales experience. You are comfortable with high-volume, personalized outreach, cold calling, and handling objections. You demonstrate resilience, a hunter mindset, and the ability to maintain activity and pipeline discipline. You are proficient in Salesforce, leverage AI tools for research and personalization, and are eager to adopt new AI workflows. You take feedback constructively and adjust quickly.
