Notion is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) based in Dublin to drive qualified pipeline generation for the DACH region. You'll be the frontline of Notion's go-to-market motion, identifying and targeting high-potential accounts ready to rethink how they work. Working closely with Solutions Consultants, you'll run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) to secure first meetings with decision-makers who fit Notion's ideal customer profile and demonstrate workflow-first readiness.
Key responsibilities include generating qualified pipeline by identifying and targeting accounts in your assigned territory, conducting initial qualification to ensure handoffs are "ready to build," and documenting clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypotheses, and stakeholder context. You'll leverage GTM system tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting and increase outbound consistency.
Required skills: proven track record in outbound pipeline generation with hands-on cold prospecting experience across phone, email, and social channels; strong written and verbal communication with ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach; sharp qualification instincts to assess ICP fit and identify urgency; passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models; high-activity mindset with discipline to prioritize by signal and data; fluency in German.
Nice-to-haves include experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling; familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity/collaboration software; background in high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environments.
