Topline Pro is hiring a Business Development Representative to join their sales team in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This role is designed as a foundational sales position with heavy emphasis on learning, coaching, and continuous improvement rather than just hitting quotas.
You'll prospect home service business owners through high-volume calling, email, and outreach. Core responsibilities include running discovery conversations, demoing the Topline Pro product, managing your own pipeline, and moving opportunities from first contact through close. You'll participate in regular coaching sessions, role plays, call reviews, and structured training. The company emphasizes using CRM tools, sales technology, and AI to work smarter and become a more effective seller.
The environment is high-energy and high-expectation, with five days per week in the office at the historic Domino Sugar Refinery in Williamsburg. Your manager's role is to help you develop as a seller, not just inspect your numbers. Growth is based on demonstrating readiness for more responsibility, not tenure.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required—they're looking for people with the raw ingredients to become great sellers and the willingness to put in the work. You should be competitive with yourself, comfortable with change, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with small business owners.
Compensation includes $55k base salary with uncapped commissions (OTE $100k+) and equity.
