Notion is seeking a Business Development Representative based in Dublin to drive qualified pipeline generation for the Benelux region. You'll be the frontline force turning high-potential accounts into meaningful conversations with Solutions Consultants. This role is central to Notion's rebuilt go-to-market motion, which emphasizes workflow-first, builder-led opportunities rather than generic pipeline work. You'll own a book of assigned accounts and run multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to create urgency and secure first meetings with decision-makers. Your core responsibility is conducting sharp initial qualification to ensure handoffs are "ready to build"—validating ICP fit, intent, and workflow alignment before passing to sellers. You'll document clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypotheses, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running. You'll leverage GTM system tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of outbound motion. Success requires proven track record in outbound pipeline generation with hands-on cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels. You need strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns responses, plus sharp qualification instincts to quickly assess fit and identify urgency. Key requirements include fluency in Dutch, passion for AI/ML, understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models, and a high-activity mindset disciplined by signal and data rather than volume. You don't need to be an AI expert, but you should be curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter. Nice-to-haves include experience with Salesforce or Outreach, familiarity with Notion as a product or prior productivity/collaboration software sales, and background in high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environments. The role is based in Dublin with office anchor days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Notion is a collaborative AI workspace where millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work. The company emphasizes craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work remains fundamentally human.
