As a Business Development Representative, you will drive growth for Swile Brasil by managing a high-volume lead pipeline and executing outbound prospecting strategies. Your core responsibilities include conducting active prospecting of mid-market and large enterprise customers, mapping new opportunities, and maintaining consistent outreach through calls and emails. You will identify customer pain points and business needs, generate qualified interest, and nurture leads through SalesForce while maintaining pipeline visibility and metrics. Key activities include creating prospecting templates, managing sales engagement cadences, collecting feedback from sales teams to ensure lead quality, and facilitating smooth handoffs to account executives. You'll participate in industry events to generate new business opportunities and contribute to process improvements with a critical eye toward team efficiency. You'll work autonomously within the sales team to identify opportunities and execute strategies aligned with market conditions and company challenges. Success requires managing high daily activity volumes, maintaining organized pipelines, and ensuring potential deals convert to customers. Required qualifications: minimum 1 year of outbound BDR experience, excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency in prospecting email copywriting, practical knowledge of outbound prospecting techniques and sales funnels, and familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (MixMax, Ramper, Reev).
