As an early member of the GTM team, you'll own outbound strategy and pipeline generation during rapid scaling. The role offers a clear path to Account Executive as the GTM organization expands.
You'll spend 80% of your time building and executing creative outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads, setting up and optimizing new lead generation channels through content and marketing experiments. The remaining 20% involves building basic sales processes and CRM tracking, supporting deals from initial contact through close, and creating content that resonates with technical decision makers.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of BDR or Growth role experience, ideally selling technical products to technical buyers. You're scrappy and creative in reaching customers, exceptional at written and verbal communication, and deeply organized with strong process discipline. You understand sales development best practices, know how to scale outbound efforts, and can speak the language of technical buyers.
Bonus qualifications include experience selling ML/AI or developer tools, background at high-growth startups, established relationships in the ML/AI ecosystem, technical background or strong AI/ML interest, and demonstrated BDR success with clear metrics.
This is an in-person role at Reducto's NYC office. The company is early-stage and requires working hard and moving quickly.
