Grace Hill, a SaaS provider serving the multifamily real estate and PropTech space, is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive growth through outbound prospecting and lead generation. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for identifying and researching target accounts within the multifamily sector, initiating strategic outbound campaigns via cold calls, emails, and social media, and qualifying leads to schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
Key responsibilities include managing a top-of-funnel pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM records (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), analyzing outreach performance metrics to identify and scale winning tactics, and collaborating with sales and marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and lead prioritization strategies. You'll work in a fast-paced, experimental environment where adaptability and continuous learning are essential. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, deep understanding of outbound sales mechanics, and the ability to articulate value propositions to institutional multifamily clients.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of SaaS sales or business development experience, with prior exposure to the multifamily or PropTech industry strongly preferred. You should be comfortable with sales tools, familiar with AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency, and able to manage a large pipeline while prioritizing high-value opportunities. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is required. Some travel to client sites or industry conferences may be needed. Candidates based in EST, CST, or MST time zones are preferred. Must be US-based and authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
