Salary: USD 80,000 - 108,000 / annual

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in scaling Parloa's business in North America by driving revenue growth through enterprise customer acquisition. You will work closely with the revenue growth team and enterprise account executives to build a predictable and scalable revenue engine. Key responsibilities include: - Sourcing and qualifying new enterprise business opportunities - Analyzing and evaluating market growth opportunities to identify high-potential segments - Building and owning the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead generation - Developing personalized outreach sequences and engaging prospects through multiple channels - Building and nurturing relationships with enterprise clients - Assessing client challenges and demonstrating how Parloa's conversational AI platform delivers value and ROI You will use a modern sales tech stack including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Outreach, Vidyard, Apollo, and ZoomInfo. The role requires 1-2 years of fast-paced sales experience, ideally in SaaS, with strong outbound prospecting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of success in enterprise environments. You should be comfortable making cold calls, networking in complex organizations, and working independently while maintaining high organization and prioritization standards. Parloa operates with high ownership expectations, direct feedback, and a strong culture of accountability. The company has grown beyond the earliest startup phase but maintains startup intensity with fast execution and meaningful contribution expected from day one.
