Salary: USD 60,000 - 90,000 / annual

As a Business Development Representative, you will drive outbound pipeline generation and create qualified sales opportunities. You'll work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify and engage new business prospects, with a focus on quality over quantity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting and exceeding monthly quota targets
- Delivering qualified meetings and generating sales-qualified opportunities
- Accurately forecasting weekly and monthly performance
- Collaborating with BDR teammates to improve systems, tools, and processes
- Working with Account Executives to multi-thread and develop new outbound opportunities
You should have 1-3 years of professional sales experience with a strong performance track record. Required skills include proficiency with Salesforce and Outreach.io, plus solid fundamentals in cold calling, prospecting, research, copywriting, and opportunity qualification. Strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential.
