Cloudflare is seeking a Business Development Representative to join its high-performing sales team in London. In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking solutions, driving pipeline generation and revenue at scale through a focus on people, process, and tools.
You will own and meet quota targets related to qualified opportunities, response SLAs, pipeline value, and revenue. Your responsibilities include developing new business from inbound and marketing-generated leads, discovering customer pain points and use cases, mapping them to Cloudflare's broad solution set, and qualifying opportunities for Enterprise sales teams. You'll work cross-functionally with account executives, marketing, sales operations, and fellow BDRs.
Key responsibilities:
- Create excellent customer experiences as the first point of contact
- Develop customer-centric sales skills and become an expert in Cloudflare's products and services
- Own quota targets for qualified opportunities, response SLAs, pipeline value, and revenue
- Develop new business from inbound and marketing-generated leads
- Discover pain points and map them to Cloudflare solutions
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization
