Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 / annual

You'll join the centralized sales team as an Outbound Business Development Representative, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients across North America. Your primary responsibility is initiating the sales cycle by reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and social platforms to conduct discovery conversations and schedule qualified meetings with Sales Managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and outreach to generate qualified leads across North America
- Conducting consultative discovery calls to understand client needs and recommend tailored accommodation solutions
- Managing and updating leads in the CRM (Salesforce/Outreach) with timely, proactive follow-ups
- Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Managers, Operations, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to optimize the sales process and ensure seamless client experience
You'll need 1–3 years of sales or SDR/BDR experience, ideally with CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Outreach). Fluent, native-level English is required; additional languages are valued. Comfort with sales tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn is expected. The ideal candidate is coachable, feedback-driven, and skilled at multitasking across a large pipeline.
