Cloudflare is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the ASEAN region, based in Singapore, with fluent Vietnamese language skills. You will be the first point of contact for Cloudflare's PAYGO customers in the Vietnam market, managing your own book of business to nurture relationships and identify expansion opportunities across free, pro, and business tiers.
In this role, you'll own quota targets related to qualified opportunities, pipeline value, and revenue generation. You will develop new business opportunities from the existing customer base, identify target accounts using data-driven approaches, and leverage tools like Salesforce, Google Sheets, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to map customers to appropriate product solutions. Your responsibilities include writing compelling outreach emails, making high-impact calls, asking insightful questions, and reporting sales activities in SFDC.
You'll work cross-functionally with account executives, marketing, sales operations, and fellow BDRs to execute team-wide campaigns and initiatives. This is an excellent stepping stone toward roles like Customer Success Manager, Expansion Account Manager, or Mid-Market Account Executive at Cloudflare.
Key requirements: fluent Vietnamese (verbal and written), self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong interpersonal communication skills, customer-oriented with empathy and curiosity, ability to learn technical concepts, and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Minimum 1 year of BDR or similar technology sales experience is preferred, with SaaS experience as a plus. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have aptitude for understanding Cloudflare's suite of products to provide tailored recommendations.
