You will hire, manage, and scale Dandy's Business Development Representative (BDR) team focused on the DSO (Dental Service Organization) and Enterprise segment. Experience selling into or supporting large, multi-location organizations or DSOs is a strong plus. You have deep knowledge of BDR best practices, pipeline generation methodologies, and B2B SaaS tools (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach). You are a data-driven leader who motivates teams, sets clear standards, and continuously improves performance. You understand sales processes, pipeline management, and people leadership at scale.
