Qogita is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead customer acquisition across European markets. You will manage a team of SDRs, BDRs, and Account Executives, owning commercial results and scaling the acquisition engine across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. Set clear expectations, hold team members accountable to performance standards, and drive a culture of excellence through regular 1:1s, call reviews, and deal reviews.
Commercial Ownership: Own the team's key metrics—new buyers acquired, conversion rates, and average deal size. Report to the Head of Business Development on results, pipeline health, and strategic priorities.
Sales Execution: Establish standards for pipeline management, CRM discipline, and consistent follow-up. Ensure high-quality execution across the team and model best practices.
Hiring & Onboarding: Build and scale the team by owning the hiring process, ramping new representatives quickly, and developing bench strength as the function grows.
Process Improvement: Identify performance gaps, test new acquisition tactics, and optimize processes, tooling, and reporting to accelerate customer acquisition.
Playbook Development: Translate wins, losses, and market insights into repeatable messaging, processes, and best practices that the team executes consistently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Growth, Product, Operations, and Marketing to remove blockers, align on shared acquisition goals, and feed customer and market insights back into the business.
Required qualifications: 3–6 years of B2B sales or commercial experience in fast-moving, tech-driven environments. Proven track record of leading and developing sales teams with concrete examples of rep development. Consistent history of hitting or exceeding commercial targets. Experience designing and implementing sales tactics or processes that measurably improved performance. Strong analytical skills with comfort using pipeline and conversion data to guide team priorities. Hands-on proficiency with modern sales CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and ability to enforce CRM discipline. Strong stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams without formal authority.
