- Monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting with the Regional Sales Manager
- Contributing to sales process optimization and efficiency improvements as the company scales
- Travel within the region as required
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Support, and regional sales colleagues, sharing field insights to ensure Halter's technology meets farmer needs. Your contributions directly support Halter's mission to enable 50% of the world's habitable landmass to be more productive and sustainable.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high autonomy
- Hunger for success and personal growth; ability to evolve quickly alongside a world-class sales team
- Never-say-never attitude and resilience
